Terms governing use of the CAPIX website

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the CAPIX Treasury Software website at capix.net (the “Site”). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to the Site only. Use of CAPIX software products and professional services is governed by the separate licence and services agreements signed between CAPIX and the customer; nothing on this Site forms part of those agreements unless expressly incorporated by reference.

The Site is operated by CAPIX Treasury Software Pty Ltd (ABN 81 072 587 976), a company incorporated in Victoria, Australia, with its registered office at Level 2, 696 Bourke St, Melbourne VIC 3000.

Third-party trade marks referred to on the Site (including Microsoft, Dynamics 365, SAP and Azure) are the property of their respective owners. Reference to a third-party product or service does not imply endorsement.
Acceptable use
