CAPIX Limited News The CAPIX Limited IPO and ASX listing has been postponed due to poor market conditions for capital raisings in Australia for technology companies at present. Our stock broking firm and advisors Deloitte Touché Tomatsu As part of the CAPIX expansion we have entered into a strategic alliance with Deloitte Touché Tohmatsu who are the preferred implementer of CTM2000. Deloitte is one of the "top five" firms in Australia who offer a range of services to the treasury market. This alliance is an exciting development for our clients and offers CTM2000 users access to the combined resources of the CAPIX and Deloitte team, together with a powerful range of products and services to assist your treasury operations. Product Developments Much has been happening with the development of PTM2000 over the last six months and we anticipate a continued acceleration of product development over the next year. Below is a summary of the latest developments and we would be pleased to provide you with further details on any features that may be relevant to your organization.

in your business. Team Members CAPIX Limited Peter Cooney - Managing Director As the proprietor of Practical Treasury Systems Pty Ltd, Peter will
be known to most readers. Peter continues to have a key interest in
the CAPIX treasury business, however, his focus is now more strategic.
A Managing Director of CAPIX Peter continues to be the innovator and
driving force behind the company.
Stephen Murphy - Director Treasury Products Stephen has been a member of the CAPIX team since December 1999. Prior
to joining CAPIX, Stephen held a number of Treasury and System related
positions within the Corporate Treasury and Banking sector.
Ray Gordon - Director IT Consulting Ray has extensive IT and project management experience and is a key
member of the CAPIX management team. Ray leads a team of committed software
and web developers who's speciality is e-solutions for participants
in the financial sector.
Deloitte Touché Tomatsu Michael Davis - Director Michael is a Director with Deloitte Capital Markets and in this role
has extensive experience advising companies on formation of policy and
procedures, internal GAP analysis and relevant accounting issues for
treasury including FAS 133 implications.
Todd Williams - Client Manager Todd has worked both domestically and overseas for a variety of banks
in their Financial Markets. He has dealt with a variety of products
and has been involved with system developments and implementations.
Chan Srey - Client Manager Based in Sydney, Chan joins Deloitte from Bendigo Bank and has extensive
experience win Financial Markets including implementation of Treasury
Management Systems.
