CAPIX is a small, well-established software company located in
Melbourne. We
publish a portfolio of software packages for the professional
Capital Markets,
mainly in the treasury and funds management areas.
A Software Support Analyst is sought to provide help desk
services to our
clients.
The role includes:
- Providing telephone and internet-based software support for
our clients
- Analysis and resolution of client software issues
- Championing the interests of our clients within CAPIX
- Software testing and documentation
- Software training
The person we seek should have a solid background in the
Securities industry.
Experience with CAPIX software packages or the competing Quantum
or Integra-T
systems would be very well regarded.
Empathy with client needs and expectations is mandatory. Technical
or
programming skills are not required, although the successful
applicant will have
a talent for analysing and resolving software issues at the
business or
application level.
